The National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (NCSCDA) is a specialized initiative of the Government of India under the Ministry of Labour & Employment. It aims to enhance the employability of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by providing comprehensive career-related services and facilitating their integration into the workforce.
NCSCDA offers career guidance, vocational training, skill development, and placement assistance tailored to the needs of differently abled individuals. The centres work closely with employers, training institutions, and NGOs to promote inclusive employment opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
Operating through a network of centres across the country and linked with the National Career Service (NCS) Portal, NCSCDA plays a vital role in empowering PwDs to achieve economic independence, dignity, and sustainable livelihoods.
